Meril Tamm

About Meril:

Meril has been training dogs from 2004, when she started agility trainings with her first setter, Gloria. Soon dog training became the first importance in her life and in 2009 she was offered to co-lead the agility classes. The same year she started training her second dog, Sunny and this time both in agility and obedience. In 2012 Meril succeeded the base course for dog training coaches. In 2018 she adopted a husky girl Gamma, 2019 a stray cat Indi, 2020 a border collie Plou and 2021 a stray cat Roosi.

Meril considers dog training equally beneficial for the owner and the dog. She points out that to reach the synergy, both have to be open for development, as people have a lot to learn from the dogs.

Feedback from trainees:

  • "Where do I even start?! Meril is a trainer who not only radiates happiness and positivity, but is willing to do anything in her power to make you feel confident. It doesn’t matter if your dog is overly anxious, wants to rip off a judge’s arm in between running courses or lick the hell out of every person he/she sees – Meril always has a solution to whatever problem you and your dog are facing! By fully analyzed courses and well-thought-out technics she’s able to make your dog a champion and an obedient pup for sure! To her it’s all about fun, laughter, happiness and well-being of your four-legged buddy! An amazing person on and off the training field, an inspiration and role model to every dog owner out there. "

  • "Fun and exciting trainings :)"
